After I dropped out I didn't do much of anything. Rodney and I we're becoming distant whenever he started going up the road every day and staying up all night. It was becoming a problem. One night he and his friend, Holiday, took our entertainment center and put two light fixtures on it and they stayed up for 3 days straight working on a car they didn't even know what was wrong with.. This is the same guy who chased Rodney down the road beating him with a big wooden stick but also claims to be his "brother" & texts me asking for nudes.

On October 23rd, Rodney's birthday, he was suppose to go have a good time at the bar with his best childhood friend. After Alyssa and I asked if we could tag along because we had nothing at the house. Rodney took off with wheels spinning and left us there. All night we were trying to get a hold of him and Ray, our roommate at the time. He never showed up to the bar and came home around 2 in the morning claiming to have giving the rent money to Ray's ex girlfriend/baby momma, to buy diapers and baby things... Lets just say drugs are bad & it got bad enough for me to stop and say, "Rodney if you can't drop this habit, I'm going to leave." (Keep in mind I was super against any drug but marijuana.) Right then. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. He stopped. You know that's love right there, he didn't want to lose me.

(Let me tell you I got full permission from Rodney to put anything in my blog. Everything I write is 100% true and happened to Rodney and I. I'm not writing this to make either one of us look bad. Life is hard and most people just don't understand.)

Our neighbors we're on drugs pretty bad too. One day two brothers jumped on Rodney and started beating him up for no reason. The cops got called and someone very close to us drove them out of there so they wouldn't be arrested. That's when we looked at each other and decided, "We are living in a home with no water, no electric, and no heat in the middle of October. Lets leave." Rodney got on the phone with his sister, Deanna. They came and got us the same night. We drove to Joplin in our car with no tags or insurance and a super bald tire. We just couldn't stay there anymore. It was 5 months of non-stop drama and hurt. I haven't even put half of everything into this so far, it will come, most likely in flash backs.

We ended up getting to Joplin pretty late as I recall. Deanna and Jeff's house felt like I was staying in a motel. I had never even been there before. This was going to be the start of something new. (High School Musical quote. LOL)

Signing off.
